Boys and Girls Kissing Advice

So, you're looking for boys and girls kissing advice, well, you are not along. Many individuals are looking for similar advice!  Keep in mind that a kiss can be many things. It can be sweet, intense, innocent, and believe it or not: even gross. No matter what type of kisser you are or who you plan to kiss there are important elements to consider. For instance, one kiss can contain 278 different types of bacteria. Therefore, oral hygiene is of the utmost importance. So the number one kissing tip is: always have fresh breath!

Now there are many ways to ensure your breath is always kissable but the best way is to have a great brushing routine. Brush your teeth at least twice a day and always after meals. Be sure to brush your tongue as this is where most bacteria can be found. Use a great mouthwash with a minty scent. A survey of men and women aged 18 to 45 confirmed that a whopping 75% of people prefer to kiss a person of the opposite sex if they have minty breath! Another study showed that one kiss can burn up to 3 calories per minute. So if you plan on doing a lot of kissing, it’s important to set the mood.

Tip number two: gaze into your partner’s eyes lovingly. Now, we aren’t speaking of a staring match here. You want this look to be inviting and intimate, but never scary or intimidating. Ladies, try leaning your head slightly down and gazing upwards towards your guy (they love this)! Men, do the opposite. Lean down towards your lady as this makes a woman feel safe and secure when she looks up at her man!

Now, it’s time for kissing tip number three. Move in for your kiss. This is undoubtedly the most fun part! Slowly lean in and kiss your partner’s lips softly. Do not force your tongue in their mouth. Most importantly wait until it feels like the right time. There is nothing worse than feeling like someone is trying to choke you with their tongue! Slow is almost always better than fast when you are kissing someone. A kiss can quicken your resting heart rate to as much as 100 beats per minute so remember to breathe!

Kissing tip number four is especially important if you are kissing someone new. If you hold your breath then you will end up gasping for air and that is extremely unattractive and a huge turn off. Gasp for air and I can almost guarantee you that you will not get a second chance at a kiss with this person!

Kissing tip number five is just as important as the rest so don’t forget it! End your kiss on a sweet note. If you followed the rest of the tips then your kiss should have been a success, now don’t ruin it. As you end your kiss you may want to give them a nice hug or a sweet peck on the lips. Another great way to do this is with a smile. Whatever your approach may be, just be sure to let that person know that you enjoyed the nice kiss that you shared and they will definitely keep coming back for more! Good luck!
